1. Coverage and duration of guarantees<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All products<\/strong> sold by shop.dronebase.it are covered by the conventional manufacturer’s warranty<\/strong> and 24-month warranty for conformity defects<\/strong>, in accordance with DL 24\/02. To benefit from warranty service, the Customer must keep the invoice (or the DDT) that he\/she will receive by e-mail in electronic PDF format. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

2. Manufacturer's warranty: modalities and out-of-warranty costs<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The manufacturer’s conventional warranty is provided in the manner illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging. If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center<\/em>, the defect is found not to be covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any verification<\/em> and restoration<\/em> costs required by the Authorized Service Center, as well as transportation<\/em> costs, if incurred by DroneBase. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

3. Legal guarantee (DL 24\/02): to whom it applies<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The 24-month warranty in accordance with DL 24\/02 applies to the product that has a conformity defect<\/strong>, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and the provisions of the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved for the Private Consumer<\/strong> (a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, i.e., makes the purchase without indicating in the order form a VAT reference).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In the event of a conformity defect<\/strong>, DroneBase will, at no cost to the Customer, restore the conformity of the product by repair\/replacement<\/strong> or reduction of the price<\/strong>, up to the termination of the contract<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

5. DOA (Dead On Arrival): replacement rules.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Replacements in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival)<\/strong> – product not working on delivery – occur only if expressly provided for by the manufacturer. The timing of replacement or possible repair of the product depends solely on the manufacturer’s policies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

How to prepare the product for warranty return<\/span><\/h3>\n

In cases where the application of guarantees provides for the return of the product<\/strong>, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging<\/strong>, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.).
