{"id":42135,"date":"2026-06-18T11:27:48","date_gmt":"2026-06-18T09:27:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shop.dronebase.it\/withdrawal-request\/"},"modified":"2026-06-19T08:54:17","modified_gmt":"2026-06-19T06:54:17","slug":"withdrawal-request","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/shop.dronebase.it\/en\/withdrawal-request\/","title":{"rendered":"Withdrawal Request"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Information on the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206\/2005 (the &#8220;Italian Consumer Code&#8221;), the right of withdrawal is granted exclusively to consumers, i.e. natural persons making a purchase for purposes unrelated to their business, commercial, craft or professional activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accordingly, this form may be used solely for withdrawal requests relating to purchases made as an end consumer (B2C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right of withdrawal provided for under the Consumer Code does not apply to purchases made by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Companies, corporations, entities or associations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-employed professionals (freelancers);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sole proprietorships;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VAT-registered persons purchasing within the scope of their professional or business activity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any party requesting an invoice for professional purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For these categories of customers (B2B), the right of withdrawal does not apply unless otherwise agreed in writing and arranged in advance with DroneBase S.r.l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please also note that, pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded, among other cases, for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products made to measure or clearly personalised;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Systems configured, assembled or modified at the customer&#8217;s specific request;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software, digital licences or digital content that has been activated, downloaded or used;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Services already performed, or whose performance has begun with the customer&#8217;s express consent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training courses already attended, in whole or in part;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that, after delivery, have been installed, configured, registered or integrated with the customer&#8217;s systems and that cannot be returned in their original condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submitting this request does not entail automatic acceptance of the withdrawal.
