{"id":22267,"date":"2024-05-30T11:17:41","date_gmt":"2024-05-30T09:17:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shop.dronebase.it\/product\/dji-dock-2-warranty\/"},"modified":"2025-06-10T21:29:20","modified_gmt":"2025-06-10T19:29:20","slug":"dji-dock-2-warranty","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/shop.dronebase.it\/en\/product\/dji-dock-2-warranty\/","title":{"rendered":"DJI Dock 2 Warranty"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"product-post\" data-elementor-id=\"22267\" class=\"elementor elementor-22267 elementor-6384\" data-elementor-post-type=\"product\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc1a414 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"fc1a414\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ce95b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5ce95b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Nital Conventional Warranty Terms and Conditions &#8211; DJI DOCK 2<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c9c329a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c9c329a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Subject<\/strong>: the Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects related to the &#8220;DOCK 2&#8221; and the batteries included therein (the &#8220;Product&#8221;), purchased from an authorized DJI dealer in Italy, Vatican City or San Marino.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0545b9b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0545b9b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Duration<\/strong>: the duration of the Warranty starts from the date of purchase is:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a7c9afa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a7c9afa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>12 months, for the drone hangar &#8220;DJI DOCK 2&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>6 months, for the batteries contained therein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64e74e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"64e74e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Activation<\/strong>: the Warranty, to be valid, must be compulsorily at the same time with the purchase of the product and will be linked to the S\/N of the drone purchased.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-76a0ed1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"76a0ed1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Recipients<\/strong>: the Warranty is reserved for all DJI customers, who have purchased, as professionals, the Product from an authorized DJI dealer in Italy, Vatican City or San Marino.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8c4803 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f8c4803\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Repair\/Replacement of the Product<\/strong>: for the entire duration of the Warranty (sub Point 2), Nital S.p.A.&#8217;s technical assistance service will offer, if necessary, a repair service and\/or, at its sole discretion, a free replacement of the Product that has manufacturing defects. For information and to enforce this conventional warranty, please contact Nital S.p.A. via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hobbyhobby.it\/modulo-di-riparazione-o-sostituzione-dji-dock\/\">https:\/\/www.hobbyhobby.it\/modulo-di-riparazione-o-sostituzione-dji-dock\/<\/a> or send a written communication to <a href=\"mailto:djienterprise@nital.it\">djienterprise@nital.it<\/a>. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9f819b5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9f819b5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Limitations and exclusions<\/strong>: the Warranty is conditional on the existence of the distribution contract in force between NITAL S.p.A. and DJI Europe B.V., with the consequence that, failing for any reason the aforementioned contract, the aforementioned Warranty will also automatically cease to exist, without obviously retroactive effect on the repairs already carried out.
