{"id":22271,"date":"2024-05-30T10:46:19","date_gmt":"2024-05-30T08:46:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shop.dronebase.it\/product\/dji-dock-warranty\/"},"modified":"2026-04-18T15:26:22","modified_gmt":"2026-04-18T13:26:22","slug":"dji-dock-warranty","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/shop.dronebase.it\/en\/product\/dji-dock-warranty\/","title":{"rendered":"DJI Dock Warranty"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"product-post\" data-elementor-id=\"22271\" class=\"elementor elementor-22271 elementor-6377\" data-elementor-post-type=\"product\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4cdae9c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"4cdae9c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4d4293 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f4d4293\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Nital conventional warranty terms and conditions &#8211; DJI DOCK<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5dfe414 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5dfe414\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Subject<\/strong>: the Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects related to the &#8220;DOCK&#8221; and the batteries included therein (the &#8220;Product&#8221;), purchased from an authorized DJI dealer in Italy, Vatican City or San Marino.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c07faaa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c07faaa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Duration<\/strong>: the duration of the Warranty starts from the date of purchase is:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-43fa583 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"43fa583\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>12 months, for the drone hangar &#8220;DJI DOCK&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>6 months, for the batteries contained therein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc23882 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cc23882\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Activation<\/strong>: the Warranty, to be valid, must be compulsorily at the same time with the purchase of the product and will be linked to the S\/N of the drone purchased.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a46c30 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a46c30\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Recipients<\/strong>: the Warranty is reserved for all DJI customers, who have purchased, as professionals, the Product from an authorized DJI dealer in Italy, Vatican City or San Marino.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd4c964 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dd4c964\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Repair\/Replacement of the Product<\/strong>: for the entire duration of the Warranty (sub Point 2), Nital S.p.A.&#8217;s technical assistance service will offer, if necessary, a repair service and\/or, at its sole discretion, a free replacement of the Product that has manufacturing defects. For information and to enforce this conventional warranty, please contact Nital S.p.A. via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hobbyhobby.it\/modulo-di-riparazione-o-sostituzione-dji-dock\/\">https:\/\/www.hobbyhobby.it\/modulo-di-riparazione-o-sostituzione-dji-dock\/<\/a> or send a written communication to <a href=\"mailto:djienterprise@nital.it\">djienterprise@nital.it<\/a>. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eac304a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eac304a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Limitations and exclusions<\/strong>: the Warranty is conditional on the existence of the distribution contract in force between NITAL S.p.A. and DJI Europe B.V., with the consequence that, failing for any reason the aforementioned contract, the aforementioned Warranty will also automatically cease to exist, without obviously retroactive effect on the repairs already carried out. Upon the occurrence of this termination condition, the end purchaser will no longer be able to make use of the Warranty. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4ee0f07 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4ee0f07\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In addition, the Warranty does not cover failures and\/or defects that may result from:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e9ac837 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e9ac837\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Transportation or handling damage not formally disputed at the time of delivery;<\/li>\n<li>Negligence, misuse or in unsuitable environments;<\/li>\n<li>Failure to observe the precautions in the instruction manual;<\/li>\n<li>Handling or damage done by unauthorized or non-DJI Nital-certified personnel;<\/li>\n<li>Impacts or falling foreign bodies;<\/li>\n<li>Damage caused by weather, natural disasters or electromagnetic interference or caused by other wireless devices;<\/li>\n<li>deterioration or wear and tear;<\/li>\n<li>theft, loss, and vandalism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-054d7b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"054d7b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Finally, the Warranty does not apply if:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eaa81f7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eaa81f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>the Product was purchased from unauthorized dealers or anyone outside of Italy, the Republic of San Marino, and Vatican City;<\/li>\n<li>the Product is used outside the following territories: Italy, Vatican City, San Marino.<\/li>\n<li>The product has a different serial number than the Product purchased along with the warranty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-714cf13 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"714cf13\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Official Nital warranty for DJI Dock: 12 months for the hangar, 6 months for included batteries.
