VAT/Tax-Policy
1.)Who can buy from shop.dronebase.it without VAT?
VAT will be automatically deducted at checkout for all orders shipping outside the EU, based on the shipping address. Additionally, VAT can be deducted for all EU-based companies that provide a valid VAT ID during the registration process.
2.) I’m buying as EU VAT registered company. What is the procedure to see prices without VAT?
The VAT will only be removed at the time of purchase if the VAT ID has been correctly entered in the appropriate VAT field during the registration process. It is important to ensure that the VAT ID is valid and matches the company’s registered details. If the information is accurate, the system will automatically apply the VAT exemption when completing your order.
3.) I’m ordering as a NON-EU citizen and want to pick up my parcel at your warehouse. Will it be VAT-free?
Unfortunately, no. If you pick up your parcel at our warehouse, it will be treated as if the shipping address is within the EU, and you will need to pay the full amount including VAT. However, we can provide you with the necessary documents to have stamped at customs when exiting the EU. Once the documents are confirmed and returned, we can refund the VAT you paid.

Italy is part of the European Union (EU), so there are no customs fees for EU resident users.
NON-EU residents will be subject to their local customs and tax policies when importing goods purchased from dronebase.
