The service is recommended every 400 flight hours or 6 months of use, whichever condition occurs first. It is ideal for critical operations where reliability is paramount.
What does critical component replacement include?
The Premium service includes preventative replacement of motors, sensors, gimbal and other essential components according to DJI maintenance cycles, using exclusively genuine spare parts.
How long does the full service take?
Service time varies from 5 to 15 working days from receipt of the drone at the DJI centre, depending on the complexity of the work required and spare parts availability.
Does the service code have an expiration date?
Yes, the activation code is valid for 24 months from the date of sale by DJI in Europe. It can only be used once for one complete service.
Are shipping costs included?
Outbound and return shipping costs are covered by DJI for use in the supported European region. International shipments may incur additional charges.
What happens if damage not covered is detected?
If components damaged beyond the scope of maintenance are found during inspection, you will need to choose whether to repair them at additional cost, which will be communicated before the service.
