Several advanced features ensure safe takeoff and landing, including audible and light signals, a 6-second delay in propeller rotation, and a second confirmation of successful landing. It integrates an RTK module to achieve centimeter-accurate positioning to further enhance the level of safety during takeoff and landing.

In the event of an emergency, an integrated parachute device can be operated at low altitude, thereby landing the drone safely and stably[14]. The parachute device performs a self-check procedure at startup, has an independent power source, sound and light warnings, and the propellers stop their rotation before opening.

Intelligent obstacle detection

DJI FlyCart 30 is equipped with front and rear phase array radar, and a dual binocular vision system to perform intelligent multidirectional obstacle detection. The built-in ADS-B signal receiver detects and warns about the possible presence of manned aircraft in the vicinity.

Multi-level redundancy

DJI FlyCart 30 is designed with high redundancy criteria to ensure safe flight even in harsh environments. It is powered by a dual-battery system: if a single battery fails, the other battery will keep the drone flying, ensuring its return.

Extremely stable long-range video transmission

DJI FlyCart 30 supports DJI O3 video transmission up to 20 km away[8]. The 4-antenna transceiver intelligently selects the optimal antenna to transmit signals and improve anti-interference capabilities. DJI FlyCart 30 can also integrate with DJI's advanced video transmission module, and the O3 video transmission signal can operate in cooperation with a 4G network. If the O3 video transmission signal encounters interference, DJI FlyCart 30 can resort to 4G to achieve stable video transmission. In this way, signal blocking in complex environments can be managed, thus improving the safety of operations.

The load transported by winch system is delivered through the use of a lowering cable that can be controlled manually or automatically. The load releases automatically the moment it is placed on the ground: no manual intervention is required. This ensures maximum safety and precision during the delivery operation.

DJI FlyCart 30 can intelligently adjust its attitude to minimize load sway and improve stability. In extreme situations where suspended cargo becomes trapped or entangled, the winch cable can be heated and cut, freeing the drone.

DJI DeliveryHub uploads, stores and manages data on cloud servers managed by Amazon Web Services, which comply with ISO/IEC 27001 security certifications.

Data collection

DJI will not access any of your data before you grant DJI permission to do so. You can grant or revoke such permission at any time in "Network Security Mode" or activate "Local Data Mode "to use the device completely offline.

Data transmission and storage

Full-link encryption effectively protects data from hijacking attempts conducted by third parties. Sensitive information such as e-mail addresses, cell phone numbers and locations are protected with additional AES-256-CBC encryption.

Erase all data on the device
