Information on the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (the “Italian Consumer Code”), the right of withdrawal is granted exclusively to consumers, i.e. natural persons making a purchase for purposes unrelated to their business, commercial, craft or professional activity.
Accordingly, this form may be used solely for withdrawal requests relating to purchases made as an end consumer (B2C).
The right of withdrawal provided for under the Consumer Code does not apply to purchases made by:
- Companies, corporations, entities or associations;
- Self-employed professionals (freelancers);
- Sole proprietorships;
- VAT-registered persons purchasing within the scope of their professional or business activity;
- Any party requesting an invoice for professional purposes.
For these categories of customers (B2B), the right of withdrawal does not apply unless otherwise agreed in writing and arranged in advance with DroneBase S.r.l.
Please also note that, pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded, among other cases, for:
- Products made to measure or clearly personalised;
- Systems configured, assembled or modified at the customer’s specific request;
- Software, digital licences or digital content that has been activated, downloaded or used;
- Services already performed, or whose performance has begun with the customer’s express consent;
- Training courses already attended, in whole or in part;
- Products that, after delivery, have been installed, configured, registered or integrated with the customer’s systems and that cannot be returned in their original condition.
Submitting this request does not entail automatic acceptance of the withdrawal. DroneBase S.r.l. will verify whether the requirements set out by the applicable legislation are met and will notify the applicant of the outcome of the procedure and of any instructions for returning the goods.
