All invoices to public bodies are issued in electronic format and transmitted via the Italian Interchange System (SDI). Simply provide the body's IPA Unique Office Code at the time of order.
Italian public bodies subject to the split payment regime pay VAT directly to the tax authority. DroneBase correctly applies this regime: the invoice carries the "payment splitting" notation and VAT is not collected by the supplier.
Automatic PA split payment managementFor purchases requiring a CIG, DroneBase includes the code on the invoice as required by anti-corruption regulations. We support the body in choosing the correct procurement method based on the amount and type of supply.
We accept the payment terms applicable to Italian public bodies under D.Lgs. 231/2002: 30 days from invoice receipt (or from the date of supply conformity verification), extendable to 60 days by specific agreement.
