SCOPE,
CONTRACT
AND PRICES
These GTC govern all distance contracts concluded via shop.dronebase.it between DroneBase S.R.L. ("Seller") and the Customer, whether a private consumer, business professional or public body. For the purposes of these GTC:
- "Consumer" — a natural person purchasing for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession;
- "Professional / B2B" — a natural or legal person purchasing in the exercise of their professional or business activity;
- "Public body / B2G" — a public administration, state body, local authority or public institution;
- "Products" — drones, payloads, accessories, software and UAV services offered in the Site catalogue.
These GTC apply in the version published at the date of contract formation. For EU consumers, the mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence apply regardless of the governing law of the contract.
The contract is deemed concluded when the Customer receives an order confirmation by email from DroneBase. By completing checkout, the Customer declares to have read and accepted these GTC. DroneBase reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:
- incomplete or incorrect shipping or billing details;
- non-payment within the agreed timeframe;
- well-founded suspicion of fraud or unauthorised use of payment instruments;
- applicable regulatory constraints, including dual-use regulations, international embargo or UAV export restrictions;
- subsequent unavailability of the product.
In the event of cancellation, DroneBase will fully refund any amounts already paid within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
Prices published on the Site are in Euros and are understood to be VAT inclusive (standard Italian rate 22%). Shipping costs are shown separately and summarised before order confirmation. In the event of subsequent unavailability, the Customer may choose between: waiting for restocking, replacement with an equivalent product, or a full refund within 14 days.
