The drone is equipped with a remotely tiltable lance connected via a flexible high-pressure hose to a pump positioned on the ground. The entire process is run from the pilot’s station: one flight operator and a second one managing the pump and hose reel. No downtime, no operators working at height.

Thanks to full integration with the LiDAR system and the visual sensors of the DJI Matrice 400, the drone automatically detects obstacles and maintains a constant, preset distance from the surface to be treated. The Drone Cleaning System is an integrated solution designed for the real job site: an industrial petrol pump for continuous use without depending on mains power, a motorized electric hose reel to manage the 150 m of HP hose during flight, a remotely tiltable lance, live visual control with dual cameras. All components are included in the DCS Starter.

Pressure washer 220 bar

Industrial petrol pump with flow rate up to 660 l/h. High-efficiency 4-stroke 6.5 hp engine, designed for continuous use on site without interruptions. Total independence from mains power: operation anywhere.

Electric hose reel 150 m

Motorized hose reel for a 150-meter HP hose. Automatic hose-tension management during flight, with a wireless remote for unrolling and retraction. Maximum drone maneuverability without compromising pressure.

Nozzles & accessories

Complete set of interchangeable ¼" nozzles: 0°, 15°, 25°, 45°, 65°, foam nozzle, plus a 360° rotating turbo nozzle for stubborn dirt. High- and low-pressure hoses and fittings, an adapter set and a DJI Matrice 400 propeller-guard set. Compatible with purified water, detergents and biocides.

Remotely tiltable lance

Spray angle adjustable from +10° to -50° with real-time remote control. Dynamic adjustment during flight to cover vertical and sloped facades, overhangs and complex geometries without repositioning the drone.

Live View 2× Full HD + laser

Dual Full HD cameras with a laser sensor measuring distance from the surface. The pilot sees the scene from the drone's perspective and gets a real-time reading of the distance, useful for dosing pressure and angle. Everything monitored from the ground in complete safety.

Tethered System (DCS Unlimited)

Exclusive to the DCS Unlimited: continuous power from the ground via cable, virtually unlimited flight endurance. It eliminates battery cycles, reduces the risk of human error during battery swaps and ensures uniform pressure throughout the whole operating session.
