Can I renew Care Enterprise Plus if it has already expired?
Yes, you can renew within 15 days of expiry. Beyond this period, you will need to contact DJI support for a video verification of the device.
Does the Plus plan cover all types of damage to the Zenmuse P1?
Care Enterprise Plus covers accidental damage during normal use: collisions, water exposure, signal interference and malfunctions. It does not cover damage due to unauthorised modifications or misuse.
How does the hardware replacement process work?
In case of damage, DJI will send a replacement device directly at no additional cost, within the annual coverage limit. Shipping is free in Europe.
Can I transfer the Care Enterprise plan to another device?
No, the Care Enterprise Plus plan is linked to the specific serial number of the device for which it was activated and cannot be transferred.
How long do I have to activate the renewal code?
You have 72 hours from receipt of the activation code to complete binding on the official DJI Care website. After this period you will need to contact DJI support.
Does the renewal also include assistance with firmware updates?
Yes, Care Enterprise Plus includes support for firmware updates and qualified technical assistance throughout the service plan duration.
