How does the renewal of DJI Care Enterprise Basic work?
You can renew your DJI Care Enterprise Basic plan before expiry or within 15 days of the expiry date. You will receive an activation code to enter on the DJI Care website along with your drone’s serial number.
What are the replacement costs with DJI Care Enterprise Basic?
For the Mavic 3T, the first replacement costs 299€ and the second costs 399€. These costs are much lower than the purchase price of a new drone and include new or equivalent-to-new products.
What damage does DJI Care Enterprise Basic cover?
The plan covers accidental damage caused by impacts, falls, water contact, signal interference and operator error during normal drone use. It does not cover intentional damage or damage from gross negligence.
Can I use the renewed Care plan in any country?
The service is only available in the country or region where both the drone and the original DJI Care plan were purchased. The service is currently available in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and other selected markets.
How long does it take to replace a damaged drone?
After sending the damaged drone and paying the deductible, DJI typically ships the replacement device within 3-7 working days, minimising downtime for professional operations.
Can I renew the DJI Care Enterprise Basic plan multiple times?
Yes, you can extend the service for a maximum of 36 months total (12 initial months + 2 renewals of 12 months each). Each renewal must be activated before or within 15 days of expiry of the previous plan.
