Yes, you have up to 15 days from the expiry date of your DJI Care Enterprise Basic to activate the renewal. After this period, it will no longer be possible to extend the service.
How many replacements are included in the renewal plan?
The renewed DJI Care Enterprise Basic plan includes 2 replacements for accidental damage during the 12 months of validity, with a reduced additional cost for each replacement.
What types of damage are covered by the warranty?
Coverage includes accidental damage such as drops, impacts, water damage, signal interference and operator error during normal use of the Zenmuse P1.
How does the replacement process work?
In case of damage, you send the damaged unit to DJI, pay the applicable deductible and receive a replacement that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
Can I use the renewal on products repaired by unauthorised centres?
No, to be eligible for renewal your Zenmuse P1 must be in good condition or repaired exclusively by authorised DJI service centres.
What is the maximum total duration of DJI Care Enterprise plans?
The maximum total duration is 36 months: 12 months initial + up to 2 renewals of 12 months each for your DJI Enterprise product.
