The plan must be activated within 72 hours of purchase or first use of the Zenmuse H30. In case of delay, you can request activation via video verification by contacting DJI support.
How many replacements are included in the Basic plan?
DJI Care Enterprise Basic provides two replacements at reduced cost within 12 months of coverage. Each replacement involves payment of a reduced deductible compared to the product value.
What types of damage are covered by the plan?
The plan covers accidental damage during normal use, including collisions, falls, water damage and signal interference. Coverage is valid for damage caused during normal payload operations.
Can I renew the plan at expiry?
Yes, the renewal code can be activated before expiry or within 15 days after the original plan expires. DroneBase provides full assistance with the renewal process.
Is the plan valid only in Italy?
The service is available in Italy and other EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other regions specified by DJI. It is important to verify geographic coverage before activation.
What happens if the product cannot be repaired?
In case of irreparable damage, DJI will send a replacement product that is new or equivalent to new upon payment of the established deductible. The replacement process is managed directly by DJI through the official support system.
