No, it is not possible to upgrade from Basic to Plus during the validity period of the Basic plan. You must wait for the Basic plan to expire before activating a new Plus plan.
By when must I activate the renewal?
The renewal must be activated before your current Care Enterprise Plus plan expires. You have up to 15 days after expiry to perform the renewal.
Are repairs truly unlimited?
Yes, during the 12-month validity period you can perform unlimited repairs within the coverage limits of the insured product value at no additional cost.
What happens if my Zenmuse L2 is not repairable?
In case of irreparable damage, DJI provides a complete replacement at no additional cost, provided the value falls within the plan’s coverage limits.
Is the service valid across Europe?
Yes, DJI Care Enterprise Plus is valid across Europe with free bidirectional shipping to authorised DJI repair centres.
Can I transfer the plan to another device?
No, the Care Enterprise Plus plan is linked to the specific serial number of your Zenmuse L2 and cannot be transferred to other devices.
