Renewal must be purchased within 15 days of your current Care Plus plan expiry. It is not possible to renew plans that have expired for more than 15 days.
Can I upgrade from Care Basic to Care Plus?
No, cross-renewal is not possible. If you have Care Basic you can only renew with Care Basic. Care Plus renewal is reserved for those who already have a Care Plus plan.
What is the maximum coverage for renewal?
Care Plus renewal offers a maximum coverage of €4,999 for the additional year, with unlimited free repairs within this limit.
Are WB37 batteries really free?
Yes, Care Plus renewal includes free replacement of up to 2 degraded WB37 remote controller batteries during the coverage period.
How do I activate the renewal after purchase?
You will receive an activation code via email. You must activate it on the DJI Enterprise Portal by entering your Mavic 3T serial number within 72 hours of purchase.
Can I renew consecutively multiple times?
Yes, you can renew Care Plus up to a maximum of 2 years total coverage. After the second year, you will need to purchase a new base plan if available.
