Can I upgrade if my Care Basic has already expired?
No, to carry out the upgrade, the DJI Care Enterprise Basic plan must still be active and not expired.
How long do I have to activate the upgrade after purchase?
The upgrade must be activated within 72 hours of receiving the activation code. DroneBase manages the entire process.
What happens if my drone is damaged during the upgrade?
During the upgrade process, your existing Basic coverage remains active. Once the upgrade is completed, Plus coverage takes effect.
Can I renew Care Plus after the 12 months?
Yes, but only with a Plus plan. Basic and Plus plans do not support cross-renewal, so you must renew with the same plan type.
Does the upgrade also cover Zenmuse payloads on the M30T?
Yes, Plus coverage includes both the drone and all integrated payloads on the Matrice 30T, including thermal and multispectral cameras.
How can I verify the status of my upgrade?
