How long does the maintenance service take?
Times vary based on the DJI centre workload, generally from 7 to 14 working days from receipt of the drone at the authorised centre.
Are shipping costs included?
DJI covers outbound and return shipping costs if you use the service in the supported region (Europe, North America, UK, Australia, Japan).
What happens if damage is found not covered by the service?
If damaged components not included in the Basic Service are identified, DJI will contact the user to authorise any additional repairs at extra cost.
Can I use the code more than once?
No, each Maintenance Program activation code can be used only once. The code is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
