No, the upward gimbal connector and CSM Radar cannot be installed simultaneously on the Matrice 300/350 RTK due to mechanical mounting incompatibility.
Which Zenmuse cameras are compatible with upward mounting?
The connector supports Zenmuse H20, H20T, Z30 and certified third-party PSDK payloads. The Zenmuse XT2 is not compatible with upward mounting.
Is IP44 certification maintained with any payload?
IP44 protection is guaranteed only when used with waterproof payloads conforming to IEC 60529 standard. Verify the specifications of the payload being used.
Does installation require modifications to the drone?
No, installation is completely plug-and-play with 4 easy-connect screws on the top of the drone and gimbal cable connection to the dedicated upper port.
Do anti-vibration dampeners wear out over time?
Dampeners are normal wear components. The package includes 4 replacement dampeners to ensure maximum upper payload stability at all times.
Can I use three payloads simultaneously with this connector?
Yes, the upward connector allows configurations up to 3 total payloads: 2 payloads on the lower gimbal (single or dual) + 1 upper payload for complete 360° coverage.
