Which video sources does the DB-FC21 support?
The DB-FC21 supports 2× HDMI-A input up to 4K@30Hz and 1× 3G-SDI input. It is compatible with FPV remote controllers, drone ground stations, cinema cameras, DSLRs, mirrorless, broadcast encoders and any device with standard HDMI or SDI output.
How does the included V-Mount power work?
The monitor comes with two pre-installed V-Mount plates. The box includes 2× 99Wh/14.4V V-Mount batteries and a dual charger for simultaneous charging. Monitor consumption is ≤32W, providing several hours of autonomy per battery in the field.
How are custom 3D-LUTs imported?
3D-LUTs in .cube format are imported via USB 2.0 through the dedicated port. The monitor supports 32 custom LUT slots plus built-in DE-LOG presets for immediate log footage preview without an external computer.
Is Calman calibration certified for every unit?
Yes. Every DB-FC21 unit is individually calibrated at the factory with Calman Software and comes with documentation of the Delta E ≤ 1.44 measurement. It is not a nominal specification — it is an actual measurement of each individual unit produced.
Does HDMI and SDI loop-through cause signal loss?
No. HDMI and SDI loop-through outputs transmit the signal without degradation to additional monitors, OB vans or acquisition systems, enabling multiple video feed distribution without additional switches or splitters.
