The DJI Matrice 400 is DJI’s long-endurance enterprise platform: up to 59 minutes of flight time, a 6 kg payload capacity, a single hot-swappable TB100 battery and a sensing system that combines rotating LiDAR, mmWave radar and fisheye vision for power-line-level obstacle sensing. It carries up to seven payloads in total, flies on DJI O4 Enterprise Enhanced transmission and is IP55 rated from -20 °C to +50 °C.

What the DJI Matrice 400 changes for enterprise operators
The Matrice 400 replaces the dual-battery architecture of the Matrice 350 RTK with a single high-capacity TB100 battery and raises the maximum takeoff weight to 15.8 kg. The result: heavier sensor packages, longer sorties and fewer battery swaps per day.
Payloads for the DJI Matrice 400
DJI lists the following gimbal cameras and functional accessories as compatible with the Matrice 400. Gimbal capacity depends on the connector: up to 1,400 g on the single connector, 950 g per mount on the dual connector, up to 3 kg (quick release) or 6 kg (screw lock) on the third connector, and up to 2,100 g on the dedicated Zenmuse L3 connector.
Note that Matrice 400 and Matrice 350 accessories are not interchangeable: batteries, gimbal connectors, propellers and mounting kits are specific to each platform. Zenmuse H30 series, L2 and P1 cameras you already own remain usable; DroneBase checks the rest of your kit before you order.
