The drone-mounted methane laser detection system (U10) is specially developed for multi-rotor DJI drones. It can be applied to different scenarios with the use of a three-axis stabilized gimbal. It can flexibly realize natural gas leak detection in areas not easily accessible to personnel. The application software on the ground side receives the real-time image, detection data and alarms immediately when a leak is detected. At the same time, it records the inspection trace and alarm events and automatically generates an inspection report. The system supports planned flight and manual flight control, combined with DJI’s mature flight control and automatic obstacle avoidance system, to maximize flight safety.
