No, the upgrade is only available to renew an existing DJI Care Enterprise Plus plan. It is not compatible with Care Basic plans.
By when must I activate the renewal?
Renewal must be activated before the previous Care Plus service expires or within 15 days of expiry.
What exactly does “unlimited repairs” cover?
It covers accidental damage such as collisions, water damage, signal interference and operational errors, within the coverage limit equivalent to the payload value.
How long does a replacement take?
DJI guarantees replacement within 72 hours from request approval, with free express shipping.
Is the service valid in Europe?
Yes, DJI Care Enterprise Plus is active in Europe, North America and other territories supported by DJI Enterprise.
What happens if my drone is modified?
Products modified or disassembled without authorisation are not covered by the DJI Care Enterprise Plus service.
