You can renew DJI Care Enterprise Plus up to 15 days before or after the current service expiry date, provided the total duration does not exceed 2 years.
What does unlimited repairs coverage include?
DJI Care Enterprise Plus offers free repair or replacement service for accidental damage during normal use within the coverage limit, including collisions, water damage, signal interference and malfunctions.
Are the 2 TB65 batteries automatically included?
Yes, the Plus plan includes free replacement of 2 TB65 batteries during the service validity period, to always maintain optimal performance of your Matrice 350 RTK.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Plus during renewal?
DJI Care Enterprise Basic and Plus do not support cross-plan renewal. If you purchased Plus in the first year, you can only renew the Plus plan.
What happens if my drone has been repaired?
If the product is not covered by warranty, you can request an inspection through the official DJI service. After a successful inspection, you can purchase DJI Care Enterprise within 72 hours of purchase notification.
