Can I renew my Care plan after it expires?
Yes, you can renew the plan up to 15 days after the original service expiration date. Beyond this period it will no longer be possible to activate the renewal.
How much does each replacement cost with the renewed plan?
The first replacement costs €799 plus shipping fees, the second replacement costs €899 plus shipping fees. These are fixed costs regardless of the damage.
What type of product do I receive as a replacement?
You will receive a new or refurbished product that guarantees the same performance and reliability as a new product. All replacement products are tested and certified by DJI.
Is the renewal only valid in Italy?
No, the service is valid in all countries where DJI Care Enterprise is available: Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and other markets. It must be the same country where you originally purchased the drone.
What happens if I use both replacements before expiry?
Once both replacements are used, the Care plan remains active until its natural expiration but you will not be able to request further replacements until the next renewal.
