DJI Dock 2 Warranty
This conventional warranty (the “Warranty”) is provided by Nital S.p.A. official distributor in Italy of DJI brand products.
The Warranty is sold with the “DOCK 2” and is governed by the following terms and conditions.
Any additional warranties or rights granted by the retailer and other than those stated herein are the sole responsibility of the retailer and do not bind Nital S.p.A.

Nital Conventional Warranty Terms and Conditions – DJI DOCK 2
Subject: the Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects related to the “DOCK 2” and the batteries included therein (the “Product”), purchased from an authorized DJI dealer in Italy, Vatican City or San Marino.
Duration: the duration of the Warranty starts from the date of purchase is:
- 12 months, for the drone hangar “DJI DOCK 2”
- 6 months, for the batteries contained therein.
Activation: the Warranty, to be valid, must be compulsorily at the same time with the purchase of the product and will be linked to the S/N of the drone purchased.
Recipients: the Warranty is reserved for all DJI customers, who have purchased, as professionals, the Product from an authorized DJI dealer in Italy, Vatican City or San Marino.
Repair/Replacement of the Product: for the entire duration of the Warranty (sub Point 2), Nital S.p.A.’s technical assistance service will offer, if necessary, a repair service and/or, at its sole discretion, a free replacement of the Product that has manufacturing defects. Limitations and exclusions: the Warranty is conditional on the existence of the distribution contract in force between NITAL S.p.A. and DJI Europe B.V., with the consequence that, failing for any reason the aforementioned contract, the aforementioned Warranty will also automatically cease to exist, without obviously retroactive effect on the repairs already carried out. Upon the occurrence of this termination condition, the end purchaser will no longer be able to make use of the Warranty.
In addition, the Warranty does not cover failures and/or defects that may result from:
- Transportation or handling damage not formally disputed at the time of delivery;
- Negligence, misuse or in unsuitable environments;
- Failure to observe the precautions in the instruction manual;
- handling or damage done by unauthorized or non-DJI Nital-certified personnel;
- Impacts or falling foreign bodies;
- Damage caused by weather, natural disasters or electromagnetic interference or caused by other wireless devices;
- deterioration or wear and tear;
- theft, loss, and vandalism.
Finally, the Warranty does not apply if:
- the Product was purchased from unauthorized dealers or anyone outside of Italy, the Republic of San Marino, and Vatican City;
- the Product is used outside the following territories: Italy, Vatican City, San Marino.
- The product has a different serial number than the Product purchased along with the warranty.
