How soon must I activate the renewal?
The renewal must be activated within 15 days of the previous plan expiring. Beyond this time frame you will need to contact DJI support for a video verification of the drone.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Plus during renewal?
No, DJI Care Enterprise Basic and DJI Care Enterprise Plus do not support cross-renewal. If you purchased Basic in your first year, you can only renew with Basic. If you purchased Plus, you can only renew with Plus.
What does “within the coverage limit” mean?
The Plus plan has an annual coverage limit equal to the value of your equipment. All repairs are free as long as the total cost does not exceed this limit during the year.
Are the batteries really free?
Yes, the Plus plan includes free replacement of 2 batteries during your coverage year to compensate for normal cell degradation.
Can I use the plan on multiple Mavic 3E drones?
Shared coverage can be extended to other DJI Enterprise devices linked to DJI Care Enterprise Plus within 30 days of first activation and binding.
How do I request a repair?
Log in to the DJI Care online portal or use the DJI Pilot 2 app to open a service request. You will receive instructions for shipping your drone to an authorised service centre.
